Agriturismo  Pratoval  is in the heart of the Valdichiana, in an interesting natural environment, surrounded by places imbued in history like the Etruscan Cortona,
the Castle of Montecchio ,the old medieval villages of Castiglion Fiorentino, Lucignano and Foiano della Chiana.
The old barn has been carefully renovated and divided into four comfortable apartments, all with air conditioning, dish-washer, oven, toaster and satellite TV.
The owner's house is next to the barn and they are available to provide any information .
The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden with olives, cypresses and other types of tree, where each apartment has its own external space equipped with table and chairs for eating outside. in one side of the garden, exposed to the sun all day,
there is a beautiful swimming pool (5x12m - depth 1.20-1.50m).
in the common room with a large fireplace, furnished with sofas and a large table
Guests can come together  for the typical dinners  .
There is also a laundry room and a bathroom  for everyone's use
