S. Roco Residences is situated on a hill on the outskirts of Soiano and has a pretty panoramic view.

This is a former old country estate that has been converted into good and functionally furnished holiday apartments.

Large terrace not only overlooks the swimming pool but also has wonderful panoramic views of the lake and garden.

There is also a Good restaurant, which guests can use for full or half board You can also acquire local products from the Family Farm .

For golfers, there is the 27-hole golf course nearby which gives special green fee reductions. Apart from that there is also a riding stable, tennis courts, mountain bike hire and hang gliding.

The Residence is in the nearby of the A4 Motorway Milan-Venice exit of Soiano , a good starting point for excursions around the lake.

For its strategic position it gives you the possibility to visit famous historical cities as well as to enjoy unforgettable days.

In the nearby of the Residence you can find restaurants, shops and have the possibility to practice many sports (walking-tours, mountains-bike, tennis, horse riding in a Federal Club, golf at Garda-Golf with 27 holes and all the acquatic sports). Inside the Residence are available: a coffee-bar, a restaurant, a terrace with a wonderful view, a private swimming-pool in the middle of a marvelous olive-trees garden, a big park, a parking-area. You have also the opportunity to buy typical local specialties inside the Residence (wine, oil).

For those prepared to travel slightly further, Milan and Venice are well worth a visit.

Notes: Arrival/departure Saturday, dogs permitted (50 Euro/week), car parking spaces available, gas/electricity water incl.,

Security deposit 100 Euro, bed linen incl , heating 8 Euro/day, final cleaning incl., breakfast buffet 8 Euro/pers.

Price includes:  the costs of final cleaning ( beside the  kitchen), electricity, water, bed linen on arrival, pool,towels (twice a week),  sun umbrella,chairs and sun beds.

Price does not include  : registration fees 25 euro/person  , Security deposit E 100,00

Check in on Saturday from 2.00 p.m.; Check out on Saturday until 10.00 a.m. On request for other days.
