Accommodations:
The apartments in the borgo are all fully serviced, have large bedrooms with ensuite facilities, spacious living rooms,
large gardens and terraces.
They have been carefully restored with elegance and taste, and are furnished with antique pieces.
A high level of comfort is ensured by each apartment (sleeping from 2 to 6 people) being supplied with its own telephone, television, kitchen,oven, towels and sheets and individual heating system.
Outside, there is a 26 x 64 ft. swimming pool.
After a day by the pool or touring the surrounding regions,
guests can complete the perfect day with dinner in Lupinari's own private restaurant

TERRAZZA (sleeps 6-8) 250m2:
First floor: Living room with fire-place, sitting room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, big terrace faced on the Castle of Lupinari and its wine-yards, olive-yards and woods.
Second floor: Living room with fire-place, 1 bedroom in a mansard, bathroom,
1 divan-bed for 2 more persons.
IL CASALE (bed & breakfast):
A small hotel in the Borgo with 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin, each with its own bathroom, satellite TV,
mini-bar and air conditioning.
In the Casale there is a large living room with fireplace, dining room, reception,
covered portico, 3 terraces and a private garden.
