Our Home  induces your memory to imagine tormented love stories consumed amidst the walls of this old dwelling.

Just a short distance from the romantic shores of Lake Trasimeno, immersed in the green of the Umbrian countryside.

A  splendid villa of the late 19th century that nowadays offers every guest the pleasure of an unforgettable stay.

Our historic villa  is named  after Lady Merion, a marvelous woman who lived in the late 19th century,

one of her whims. Doubting her lover, the Baron of Rondò .

she had him prove his love by building her a house where she could surround herself by her beloved art .

The atmosphere that surrounds this villa is infused with Merion's passion for painting, poetry and music  .

The rooms abound in references to the architectural styles that she loved.

Each room bears the name of a historic personage who made the era in which she lived great.

Agilla, Byron, Merion, Puccini, Picasso are some of the names of our large and comfortable rooms,

every room differes from the other. The Botticelli has an original stone washstand in the beautiful bathroom

as the dark wood ancient bed in the room

In the cosy dining areas of the Restaurant,   delicious meals are served enlivened by the magical, delicate sound of live harp music.

The harp is a wonderful, delicate instrument played  in the evening !

In this atmosphere, guests can luxuriate in a swimming pool nestled in a green yard and a little corner dedicated to wellness which includes a sunbed, a sauna and a Jacuzzi tub, special touches that make a stay in the Villa all the more unique and exclusive.

 Super-romantic B&B with super-romantic and fantastic restaurant.

This was the best B&B I've ever stayed at. Such a find that part of me doesn't want to share it(!) We stayed in a suite which had its own little kitchenette, a sitting area, good-sized bedroom, and bathroom with hydro-massage tub. Cost was 180.

We also had dinner which was supposed to be 35 euro per person, but when we got the bill the next day it was somehow 40 or 45, but it was so good I don't even care. Breakfast the next day had the best crostata I've ever had. The owners were very polite and friendly, no attitude. I cannot wait to go back.

idyllic central Italian scenery of Umbria. Either self catering or B & B

Natura is an agricultural-forest farm and farm holiday establishment located amid the green hills of Lake Trasimeno in the natural setting of a 42-hectare estate of considerable intensity. The charming landscape surrounding the farmhouse alternates between a centuries-old olive grove with 500 trees, clusters of centuries-old pines, an ancient chestnut wood, a timber wood, cultivated fields, and the young orchard.

The view of the lake can be enjoyed from various spots, often in the company of small native hares, pheasants, and many species of small birds which can be easily seen thanks to the nearby nature reserve. water spring that in the past filled the reservoirs of all of Montesperello

The Natura casale, or farmhouse, is built entirely from local stone and is divided into two connected wings, which were built in two separate periods. The southeast wing goes back to the early 1800s, and the north wing was constructed in the early 1900s; they harmonize perfectly into a single L-shaped building admirably situated so that it receives direct sunlight from dawn to dusk, glittering on the waters of Lake Trasimeno, creating an enchanting place for relaxation.

The property has no fences whatsoever, and there are numerous trails for trekking and horseback riding, made especially pleasant during certain periods of the year by gathering the abundant natural fruits offered by the farm (apricots and plums in summer; strawberry-tree fruit, hazelnuts and almonds in autumn, persimmons in winter, cherries and wild asparagus in spring). The location is also the ideal starting point for longer treks (on foot, horseback, or mountain bike, organized by us) through the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno.

Thefarm is entirely organic , specialized in various niche products with great attention to quality, the use of traditional harvesting and processing methods, and the recovering of flavors from the past. Offered as a welcome to our guests, these products are used in our cooking and can be purchased .

The rooms &Apartments

The country house has 6 double bedrooms (which can be connected between them) and 1 suite .

all furnished with late 18th furniture and appointed with many extras, including : floor heating,a small stove to warm tea or coffee or a light snack,direct internet connectionand a television on demand.

Each room has an individual and distinctive personality associated with a specific month and season of the year, and the interior design reflects the month's colors and phase of the agricultural year. For instance, the color of the "April" room is green, and the walls, bathroom, bedspread, towels and many of the furnishings are reminiscent of April flowers and the planting of spring seeds.

Each room has its own bathroom (two of which are equipped for handicapped guests). Four rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. The rooms can be used individually, for couples, or connected to serve the needs of larger groups such as families with children, several adults couples traveling together, small groups, etc.

The restaurantfood and meals at the farm are based on typical Umbrian dishes, using the natural and organic products from the farm and from our region, following the belief that food is both vital nutrition for a healthy life as well as the pleasure to be found in the art of cooking.

The playground There is an ample playground in the luxuriant clearing around the old spring, where kids can unleash their energy in a natural setting

The Pinielli  Castello    Ovada , above Genova          Unique  !!!   

Medieval Fortified edifice that was built between the 12th and 13th-centuries around an ancient 10th-century castle keep. It was subsequently elevated in the 15th-century. It was restructured and enlarged in the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. It was then restored and restructured by the architect Alfredo DAndrade in the late 19th-century.
Inside the castle there are not only period furnishings on view, but also a well-stocked picture gallery, a precious collection of old weapons, historical archives and a library.

Acqui, Val Bormida, Orba, Erro and Ovada

This area offers a timeless journey between hospitality in the countryside tradition, the charms of ancient fortresses, castles and the religious trails of pilgrims in the Monferrato area and, in addition, the modern spa facilities of Acqui Terme.

Ovada (population12,800), capital of the Orba valley, is placed near the confluence of the Orba and Stura rivers and is one of the most important passages across the Appennines connecting the Po valley with the Ligurian Sea.

With fascinating austerity the castle dominates this hamlet near Ovada.
The oldest structure of the Castle is the square tower which goes back to the 10th century, used to keep watch for Saracen invasions.
The visit offers a view of the Castles large cellar where the excellent wines produced from the vines of the Marchese are made and aged.

En extra bed for a fourth person it is possible, but it is preferable not.
