June 1st to August 31st - During this period we offer beginner's courses, show jumping foundation courses and horse rides of 1 or 2 hours.
Guests are accommodated in rooms and apartments in the Agritourism and in the nearby town (Casal Velino). Single room supplement 30%.
On request we have direct transfer by car to and from Capodichino Airport (Napoli)

Come join chef Carmine and Aunt Melina in the months of May and June to learn how to hand-make pasta and prepare it according to the antique local traditions. We will hold two lessons during the week. On the first day we will cover fresh pasta making and the Ragu sauces of Cilento, on the next day we will review typical vegetarian recipes, the so-called "Poor Dishes of Cilento", which are surprisingly simple in ingredients but incredibly rich in flavour. At the end of the lessons you will delight in tasting the dishes prepared in class.
