 .  ובה מסעדה שהנה סיפור  ...לא סתם סיפור ,  ×—וויה  ××™×©×™×•×ª מיוחדת  ×•×’ם הדרך  ××œ×™×” ×”× ×” טיול, חוויה וקסם
הסיפור מתחיל  ×©× ×™× רבות קודם כאשר גיליתי בנסיעותי בטוסקנה  ××ª הביסטקה אלא פיורנטינה .טעמתי את הביסטקה בעשרות  ×ž×¡×¢×“ות  ×•××’ריטוריזמו בהם ×”תארחנו , תוך שאנו לומדים את סודות הכנתו . תמיד ברקע הופיע שמו של דריו ולמדתי להוקירו עוד לפני שנפגשנו
דריו החליט לפני שנים רבות  ×œ×”משיך את מסורת המשפחה  ×›×§×¦×‘  ××š בהמשך יתברר שהוא מגשים הרבה יותר מזה . ×–×” שהוא שולח סטייקים בדרך האוויר לארה'ב
זו אניקדוטה יפה , אך יותר מכך זו  ×”חלטתו לשמר  מסורת ארוכה של טיפול בבשר אשר הולכת ונעלמת בטוסקנה . את ×–×” בדיוק הערצתי אצלו
באחת הנסיעות החלטנו שזהו ×–×” חייבים לפוגשו  . הזמנו מקום באתר של דריו    ×•×©×‘ועיים לאחר מכן לקראת ערב ,יצאנו לדרך מהאגריטוריזמו המקסים 
קווארצ'יולו - ×”אגריטוריזמו ×‘ו התארחנו  ,  נסענו בשעות הערב  אל העיירה  פנזנו  אליה מגיעים באחד מכבישי טוסקנה המתפתלים  ×‘יערות עבותים כמו באגדות
לא יכולנו הפעם  ×œ×™×”נות הרבה מהנוף , אך הדרך הייתה  ×™×¤×” למרות מזג האויר
הגענו למקום ונכנסנו למצ'לריה  ( קצביה ) אשר ×ž×•×œ×” נמצאת המסעדה. כאן עוברים קבלת פנים חמה וטעימה.נפגשנו  ×¢× דריו ואשתו   ×‘חיוכים וחמימות ענקית , דבר ראשון מזגו לנו כוס יין קיאנטי ועודדו אותנו לטעום ממטעמי הבשר  ×”איטלקיים ×”קלאסיים שלהם שהיו מונחים מסודרים  ×‘רוחב לב – פרוסות נקניקים, פורקטה תוצרת בית, גבינות,לחמים ועוד ועוד יין. כשדריו  ×•×¢×•×–ריו ניגשים כל הזמן  ×•×ž×•×–גים יין  .  היותנו ישראלים גורמת לליבו לעלות על גדותיו. מעבר לאישיותו המקסימה
דריו חבר במרכז פרס שלום  . לאחר מנוחה מהנסיעה, נשנשנו את הכיבודים ושתינו את  ×”יין הנחמד מאד  ×©× ×ž×–×’ כל הזמן
תוך שעברנו  ××ª  ×”רחוב לכיוון המסעדה  ×”משיך דריו  ×œ×¤× ×§ אותנו כמו אמא יהודיה טובה
המסעדה שוכנת כאמור בבניין מעבר לרחוב מול חנות הבשר בה הייתה קבלת הפנים . ×™×© בה רצפת זכוכית ושני חדרים שבכל אחד מהם יש שולחן גדול אחד לכ- 10-12  ××•×¨×—ים .  ×›×Ÿ, לא מתיישבים לשולחן זוגי או רגיל של מסעדה ,אלא מתאספים האורחים של הארוחה ומתיישבים כולם סביב השולחן הגדול.בהתחלה היינו קצת נבוכים אך לאט לאט הופשרה האוירה וגילינו שאנחנו יושבים בחברה בינלאומית עם 2 איטלקים 5 שבדיים ו2 אוסטרים
הארוחה החלה עם ירקות חתוכים בקערות כשלכל סועד יש קערית קטנה ליד הצלחת שבה הוא ממלא קצת שמן זית,מלח ופלפל וטובל את הירקות בשמן .   ×›×ž×• סלט הפוך.. לאחר מכן בקצב איטי אך בלתי נגמר החלה תהלוכת מנות, ברוסקטות , בשרים, תבשילי ירקות ותבשילי בשר.  ×›×œ ×–×” בלווית יין מקומי משובח . כשהבקבוקים × ×ž×–גים ומתחלפים כל הזמן

                            הארוחה מתקדמת ... והיחסים בין האורחים גם כן . מצאנו את עצמנו בחבורה מקסימה שמדברת על החיים ועל הא ודא , לאוסטרים לקח קצת יותר להתחבר ,  האיטלקים כמובן  ×¦×”לו  ×•×”שבדים החמודים רק קיטרו שהאוכל הלאומי שלהם הוא בעיקר ... כדורי בשר  . ×¢×œ השולחן ×”×™×” גם יין המיוצר ×¢'×™ הצבא האיטלקי
כן ,  ×‘דיוק ×”ערתי על כך שלפחות הצבא האיטלקי מצטיין במשהו  ×•×¢×œ כך ענו האיטלקים בחבורה .....  ×©×œ×¤×—ות ×–×” עדיף  ×¢×œ צבא שעושה מלחמות ....זו הייתה האנקדוטה היחידה ... מלבדה , ערב נפלא ללא פוליטיקה  ×•×ž×ª×—ים . לקינוח שתינו ליקרים מיוחדים – אחד מהם כאמור מיוצר ×¢"×™ הצבא האיטלקי שכך מגדיל את תקציבו
הארוחה נמשכת בדר'×› שעתיים  , קשה ×”×™×” להיפרד , המלצר רמז שהגיע הזמן ...ונענה שהוא יכול ללכת אנחנו נשארים ... בעליצות ×•×ž×¦×‘ רוח מרומם
עוגת האזור ואספרסו ריחני   במיוחד  היוו את הסיום   torta de la nonna
  החוויה של הארוחה והמפגש עם דריו – אשר כמובן ×”×’×™×¢ במהלך הערב לשוחח עמנו ,המפגש המיוחד עם השותפים לארוחה מארצות שונות , הטעמים שגילינו באוכל וביינות .כל אלה יצרו את אחד מהערבים ×”×›×™ כיפים שהיו לנו באיטליה ונחזור לשם בקרוב .!!!!חלק  ×ž×ž×˜×¨×•×ª×™×• של דריו  ×”× ×” להראות  ×©××¤×©×¨ לקיים ארוחת שף באיטליה  ×¡×‘יב 30 יורו לאדם  ,  ×”וא עומד בזה  ×‘ ×¢ ×  ק  !!!!!... תפריט הערב לא כלל את ×” ×‘יסטקה אלא פיורנטינה ... נו מילא בפעם הבאה

כל הדרך  ×—זרה לאגריטוריזמו  ×œ× הפסקנו  ×œ×©×—זר את הארוחה המיוחדת  ×•×ž××– בכל הזדמנות נזכרים  ×‘פרטים שונים  ×©×—ווינו בה .

Day 1

After landing in Rome, we left with a loud roar of the Alfa Romeo towards Cherbetry, a small town in the Atrozky region.The whole area surrounding Lake Barziano, and the Atrozkies including Trackina, Cherbetry and its Nakropoly needs to be visited again and again…We continued towards Siena. The road to Grosseto is really boring. Only after passing Grosseto we encountered the wonderful sights, so typical of Tuscany.

Day 2

Assisi always welcomes its visitors with a charming welcome. It has captured us with its charms too – and not for the first time… The end of the day we found ourselves staring at the beautiful sight of a glorious mountain overlooking a small romantic village – Monte Di Lago.We spent the night in a local friendly hotel named – Da Santino. Not expensive and worth every Lirretta. A stroll in the village’s paths…in bright moon light, shinning on the lake, has left us at owe.

Day 3

Morning has taken us to the Village Square to visit the sun clock of Monte DI Lago. As always we purchased some quality olive oil at the oil press. A walk through the peaceful lakeside has been a special experience.

Everybody visiting the area should pass through San Feliciano’s tourist information center, if planning to stay in the area for a while. You may want to pass through the Hannibal tombstone, or continue to Perugia, a highly located beautiful city, as we did. Difficulties in parking has limited our stay to a pleasant short hour…and from there followed by the car’s roar – to Abruzzo.

It was a mere surprise that we found ourselves in Dirota – the center of the Miolika – the colorful art of ceramics … there after a delightful lunch, followed by a light snack of about 6 lbs. of juicy cherries … we purchased a locally designed vase, and went on.
Riati – a midevil town surrounded by a wall enclosing the church in which Jesus’ shrouds are kept.The shrouds were explored by an Israeli Botanist that has found D.N.A remains of flower buds typically growing in the Jerusalem area.

Quite amazing…Other then that – there are not many reasons to spend time there…

Day 4

On the contrary Aqila is worth spending time in. Church Maria Kolimagio and its 99 fountains are just one of the places worth visiting. The local market is also of a unique character. It is worth visiting towards noon time and purchase your lunch there – stuffed pork complimented by wine and fresh fruit, that we loaded our table with,once we reached Abruzzo Park in the afternoon.

The road from Aquila to Pasacasaroli is full of wonderful sights of nature.By now you must have understood that we have reached ,Pascasroli, which is located in Park Abruzzo, we intended to enjoy it for only one day that had stretched into three terrific days.

Hotel Valle Del Lupo is located on top of a mountain overlooking the awesome view of nature surrounding.Sounds of cowbells at the size of church bells fills the air… It is advisable to walk for a while in this area …
other than enjoying the wonderful view it will enhance your pleasure of the special meals served in the local restaurants.
A waterfall is awaiting you some 15 minutes drive from the hotel.

You may choose between 2 paths: a short one and a long one. DO NOT enter the zoo, with or without children.
It is of a complete contradiction to the amazing beauty of the region.

Day 5

Tourist information center in Pasacasaroli gives out a lot of useful information; you may consult them regarding trips in the region concerning your preferences and interests. We chose to go to Pasquaroli’s castle. This is a wonderful location in which we watched colorful unusual butterflies, we’ve never seen before.

It is a tough path to walk, but worth every moment of effort.The road to the castle passes by a local cemetery located at the far end of Via De La Rosa crosses unfolding some interesting human tales and stories.You may want to travel by car to a beautiful valley towards Tarasca and stop on the way for a meal at the restaurant at Givia Waquio…At the colorful village of OPI it is advisable to spend some time at the evening mass – a pleasurable experience is assured…

Day 6

The eastern side of Park Abruzzo is an area of many lakes and small towns such as Vilta Bria and Alfanda Bria surrounding the lake, built on the mountain slops. The park offers a large variety of activities such as horse back riding and jeep tours.
We kept on traveling to the south. After some traveling we arrived to the most famous talked about route in the tourists guides – The road to Amlafy.

We are sad to report that this road should be erased from tourist guides, since in reality this is a dirty road with no possibility to stop and enjoy. Still, this is a grand opportunity to practice driving. The driver must be fully concentrated to avoid even the smallest mistake …it gives you an adrenaline rush…
If you’d like to stay in the region for a while – it has some nice hotels on the mountain cliffs – but we did not wish to
rest yet…

Here we add – Napoli – this is the real story here!We have reached our favorite Hotel Guiren in the afternoon, and went out in the evening, to a local sea fruit restaurant called –The Burge … You may spend the night in a local palace or around the coastline with music and beautiful sights.

Day 7

Napoli is amazing – disregarding the dirt, it offers treasures that should not be missed. Everything is worth a visit:The Doomo, the market (ask the chamber maids) the archeological museum, Plazo Royal, the restaurants, the people… It is not the way others may describe to you… it requires exploration…

It seems like the main problem is that city budget does not emphasis development of tourists attractions…
still there is nothing that can hide the beauty of the city unfolding to the eyes of it’s inquirer…

Day 8

On a Sunday morning there are 2 assignments that are a must –

1) The huge market on Ombreto St. and the area called “Not Just Second Hand”.

2) Napoli’s main attraction – Sunday Mass at the amazing Gesu Nuovo Church where we felt honored to listen to the divine Miriam Harmony Quire.

Napoli has an incredible summer palace that was built to serve the Italian Kings & royal family. The palace was built with intentions to be more beautiful than the Verssay castle in France… It is truly a most beautiful palace.
Visiting Casertra do not give up taking the bus or a carriage because the place is huge and you can not enjoy all the beauty of the place only by foot.

Of course, don’t forget to purchase some fresh fruit at the market before.
We decided to come back and explore Napoli in depth on our next visit.

Day 9

We spent the night at the roman beachtown Sinosa (which you may avoid) and continued to tour other ancient
roman beach towns. The nice ones are Gaeta, Trazina & Ostia. At each beach town it is possible to rest,
eat, enjoy the wonderful sights & have fun. Since it was a bit cold to get into the water, we continued to Rome.Wel will be happy to answer any respond. Best Regards,
